Sonic continued to challenge FlyQuest, making the Australians fight tooth-and-nail for each of their 4 T-side rounds. So too did Nicholas "nitr0" Cannella, who bested Justin "jks" Savage in multiple 1v1 scenarios.
NRG took the second pistol and reached 11 rounds with little protest from FlyQuest, who eventually locked in to diminish the gap to just two rounds. The map ended in a thrilling 1v1, with Grim prevailing over Corey "nettik" Browne to give NRG their second win of the Major.
