Grim leads NRG to an easy win

NRG don't break a sweat against SINNERS in Cologne

GG EZ.

After a close loss to stage favorites GamerLegion, NRG easily bested 38th-ranked SINNERS in their second match of IEM Cologne.

Their opponents took Nuke’s opening pistol, but NRG surprisingly took the next four rounds on the T-side. A couple good showings from SINNERS chipped away at NRG’s affluent economy, and the Europeans were able to keep their dwindling hopes alive with a flawless fifth round.

Michael "Grim" Wince’s dualies pushed NRG to their first pistol win of the map, and the NA squad quickly reached double digits. Grim continued to perform well alongside Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek, who helped his team limit SINNERS to just one attacking round in the 13-6 affair.
