Update: Check out the VRS Impact of FRAG TAP Reloaded
After a close final against Marsborne, Chicken Coop emerged victorious at FRAG TAP Reloaded 2026 to secure the $2,400 first place prize. With the LAN event ending right before the official June VRS, it's especially important to take a look at how the event will affect invites going forward.
As a smaller LAN, the group stage was not covered by HLTV. Only the twelve-team playoff bracket had an impact. Thankfully for all attending, every VRS-ranked team gained points by the end of the event!
As the two finalists, naturally Chicken Coop and Marsborne won the most points at the event. With Chicken Coop taking the title, they gained by far the most points at the event with a whopping 183, rocketing them up 54 spots to #107. Marsborne still got 150, sending them up 44 spots to #115.
Reign Above's strong run to the top four earned them 133 points and the biggest ranking climb, a 71-spot jump to #220. F5 also posted solid gains, with 76 points, sending them up 28 spots to #167.
One of the biggest surprises at the event was SportsBetExpert, who made it to the top three despite having Adam "WolfY" Andersson standing in for Gage "Infinite" Green. As a new core, they entered the event without a ranking, but left at #154. After just one LAN, they are nearly in the top 10 on the NA VRS.
