100 Thieves fall short at Parken Challenger Championship Season 8

The Parken Challenger Championship Season 6 champions have fallen short in the Season 8 iteration. After losing to 100 Thieves in the upper final, Danish team STATE got their revenge 2-0 to claim top spot.

In their original meeting with STATE, 100 Thieves took both Ancient and Inferno 13-6, as Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz led the lobby in both frags and rating.

While dev1ce again led his team in the grand final, the former champs' T-side was far less effective on Ancient, giving STATE the lead. Rather than picking Inferno as they had done last match, 100 Thieves picked Mirage, and #117-ranked STATE capitalized with a 13-9 win to close the series.
