Aether swap s3rum for H0NeST

Aether hope for a significant firepower upgrade with H0NeST.

On April 4th, Aether announced the addition of former Outfit 49 player Nazar "H0NeST" Stefinko, with Dust2.us confirming that he is set to replace Jason "s3rum" Zheng within the team's ranks. The move sees H0NeST find a new home following the demise of Outfit 49 earlier in the day while also marking the first change for the Aether lineup after they joined the organization on January 24th.

s3rum's replacement on the Aether roster follows a fairly rocky start to the year for the rookie rifler as the second-lowest rated player on the team ahead of Chance "xaler" Palmer, sitting at a 0.99 rating over 43 maps in 2026. Meanwhile, his replacement, H0NeST, has been posting impressive numbers in the new year, boasting a 1.17 rating over 58 maps.

The change to Aether to improve the team's firepower comes in the aftermath of a third-place finish to Chicken Coop in the second ESL Challenger League Season 50 cup, the team's best result in 2026 thus far. After a close loss to the eventual winners of the event, a boost in the server could be enough to take the team to the next level.

Aether are now:

  • United States Brett "brett" Rhein

  • United States Andrew "Andrew" Burrell

  • United States Sebastian "Seb" Dietrich

  • United States Chance "xaler" Palmer

  • Nazar "H0NeST" Stefinko

  • United States Erich "ninja" Beyer (Coach)

H0NeST is making his debut tonight with Aether as he takes on his old team in the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #7 Swiss Stage.
