stanislaw claims permanent spot on Metizport in move to European scene

Metizport have announced the signing of Peter "⁠stanislaw⁠" Jarguz following a brief stand-in period that began with Journey Spring 2026 on March 23rd. In joining Metizport, stanislaw reunites with former Wildcard coach Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak while joining a team in the midst of a larger rebuild as the organization also announced the benching of Nikola "Dragon" Bošković and plans to evaluate Liam "MaiL09" Tügel's place in the team upon the end of his loan to Alliance.

The move also marks stanislaw's transition to the European scene after more than a decade in the NA scene, with stanislaw leaving BOSS after a rocky start to the year with the orgless team.

In a statement, stanislaw shared his excitement to reunite with vinS while also joining a project that has "high ambitions with a solid foundation":

"It is a dream come true to be able to join a project that has high ambitions with a solid foundation beneath them, and reunite with vinS. I hope to achieve big things here as I make this big change in my life, and I promise to give it my all. Thank you for your support!"

Metizport's decision to sign stanislaw on a permanent basis comes as the Norwegian organization are set to "run trials and explore various options" after missing out the IEM Cologne 2026 Major and spending the majority of the year below 80th in the world on the Valve Regional Standings (VRS). With that, Metizport claim they are leaving their options open and are open to small changes or a larger rebuild.

In December 2025, the organization made their initial transition from all-Swedish roster to an international roster and are seemingly set to continue that evolution with their new Canadian IGL.
