Media: Metizport targeting stanislaw
Per a report by Luís "MIRAA" Mira of HLTV, Norwegian esports organization Metizport have set their sights on signing Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, with the Canadian IGL expected to take over leadership from Jack "Jackinho" Ström Mattsson after the Swede was benched earlier today.
The move would see stanislaw leave BOSS to reunite with former Wildcard Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak on the European lineup while seeing stanislaw decamp from the NA scene for the first time in his decade-long playing career.
stanislaw's reported decision to head to Europe comes after a fairly disastrous start to the year for BOSS, with the team falling to 35th in the Americas VRS after falling behind domestic rivals and failing to find any wins abroad at two European events. The malaise has seen BOSS make multiple roster changes before opting to gamble on the inexperienced duo of Mark "marekiew" Petrov and Chance "WUMBO" Boyer.
On Metizport, stanislaw would join the team after a mixed start to the year, with the team set to miss out on the IEM Cologne Major while hovering in the 90s and 80s in the Global VRS. In reuniting stanislaw with vinS, the organization are likely looking to capture lightning in a bottle once again after the duo helped bring Wildcard to two Majors in 2024 and 2025.
Should stanislaw join Metizport, the team would consist of:
-
Nicolas "Plopski" Gonzalez -
Isak "isak" Fahlén -
Nikola "Dragon" Bošković -
David "forsyy" Bílý -
Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz -
Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak (Coach)
