stanislaw and Metizport eliminated from Journey Spring after comprehensive loss to EYEBALLERS

Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz and Metizport have been eliminated from Journey Spring in the first round of playoffs following a comprehensive two-map loss to EYEBALLERS. The exit from the Swedish LAN marks the conclusion of stanislaw's first event with Metizport amidst rumors the Canadian IGL will be decamping from North America to join the European side.

The series kicked off with EYEBALLERS in control on Overpass, launching into an early 5-1 lead on the CT-side of their map pick before closing out the half up 8-4. From there a perfect T-side saw EYEBALLERS cement a 13-4 win while stanislaw was the only player on Metizport to break double digit kills.

Moving onto Mirage, things did not improve substantially for Metizport as EYEBALLERS started their T-side once again in the driver's seat, taking a 6-1 lead before Metziport put some rounds on the board to see them trail by two heading into the second half. Unfortunately for Metizport, there were unable to regain the initiative in this second half as EYEBALLERS claimed their fourth pistol round of the series before keeping rapidly outpacing Metizport to take the map 13-7.
