Voca win Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 over BOSS!

Voca have defeated BOSS to become the champions of Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5!

Voca were perfect across every match, not losing a single map on their way to the title. Voca came in second place last season, but left no doubt this time around to secure the championship.

BOSS chose Ancient to start the series off. The map began back-and-forth, with neither team taking control and BOSS holding a 4-3 lead. That would be where BOSS last found joy in the map, as Voca ended the half with five rounds in a row. Voca went on another five-round streak to end the map, as they won the first map 13-4 on their opponents' map pick.

Voca's selection was Train, where it looked like their momentum would carry them all the way through to the title. Voca began with a near-perfect 10-2 lead on the T side. BOSS began to bring the game back, winning six of the first seven rounds to reduce the lead to 11-8. Voca held BOSS off, though, winning the map 13-9 and securing the championship.

Gage "Infinite" Green topped the scoreboard with 37 frags and a 1.62 rating to lead his Voca side to the win.
