ESEA announces finalists for Next Big Caster 2025

The field has been cut down to eleven from 80 initial candidates.

ESEA have released the shortlist for The Next Big Caster 2025. Eighty casters initially applied before ESEA narrowed the list down to eleven finalists. The final candidates are headlined by names such as Mark "GETTHEBAGMARK" Latreille, Anthony "ynoT" Vitale, and Sophie "apples" Corizzo.

The Next Big Caster contest has given us talent such as Mike "DarfMike" Winnick, who now features regularly at the biggest tournaments in the world, and Gustavo "Upmind" Franco Domingues who is a prominent name in the VALORANT world.

The current edition of the contest is being determined via a vote in the FACEIT Discord. The winner of The Next Big Caster will be flown out to ESL Pro League 2026, have the opportunity to cast matches there, and will receive mentorship from established CS2 talent on-site.
