Falcons push Passion UA to 0-2 pool of Stage 3
Passion UA find themselves in the 0-2 pool of the StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 3 after a 13-5 loss to Falcons in the second round.
This means that there are no more BO1s for Passion UA in Stage 3, and they'll have to win three BO3s in a row to make the playoffs.
Falcons lost a close game to B8 in the opening round, and came out swinging against Passion UA. The veto favored them, as it went down to Nuke, which is their second-best map in the past three months.
Falcons displayed a nearly impenetrable defense on Nuke and enjoyed a flying 9-0 start, in which they only allowed Passion UA to plant the bomb once.
Passion UA managed to win two rounds on the T-side, which effectively killed any chance they had in the series. They did convert the second pistol, but Falcons managed to close the game out pretty fast once they could afford AK-47s and such.
Nikola "NiKo" Kovač led the charges for Falcons and dropped 25 kills in just 18 rounds.
