Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #4 Day 8 recap: Voca claims second playoff spot!

The fourth edition of the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series is getting down to the business end, with two teams having already confirmed their places in the playoffs.

Marsborne became the first team to qualify a couple days ago, and they were joined by Voca, who 2-0'd BOSS to cement their 3-0 group stage record.

Voca 2-0 BOSS

BOSS elected to start the series on Train, but it was Voca who took the early lead. Voca jumped ahead with a 9-3 advantage after their CT side. Although BOSS was transitioning to the favored defensive half, it was not enough to mount a comeback. Voca confirmed the 13-6 win to take a 1-0 lead in the series.

The second map was Voca's Mirage pick, with BOSS starting on the CT side this time. Voca started strong once again, taking an 8-4 lead into the second period. Their defense was impenetrable, as they didn't surrender a single round in the second half, easily winning 13-4 and sweeping the series.
