All upcoming events featuring the NA teams in the StarLadder Budapest Major
With the Major invites going out at the beginning of October, it can be easy for fans to look ahead to the start of StarLadder Budapest. But before the second Major of 2025 gets going, there a number of tournaments that start and end before the big one in Budapest.
Here's a list of the upcoming tournaments that will feature the North American teams participating in the StarLadder Budapest Major. It's surprisingly short.
PrizePicks NA Revival Series 10
-
Dates: October 25th-26th
-
NA Major teams attending: NRG
The $5,000 online single-elimination bracket is certainly the smallest of the events on this list. NRG will face an open qualifier team in round one, and will have to contend with the likes of Marsborne, BOSS, and SkinRave.
PGL Masters Bucharest
-
Dates: October 26th-November 1st
-
NA Major teams attending: Liquid
Sure they're classified as a "European" team but they're North American in our hearts. Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski and Keith "NAF" Markovic will be in Bucharest (not Budapest) for PGL Masters Bucharest, which will use the same Swiss stage format the the Major. Liquid will face Legacy in their opening match.
BLAST Rivals Fall 2025
-
Dates: November 12th-17th
-
NA Major teams attending: Passion UA
Of the three North American teams attending the Major, Passion UA is taking on the toughest competition at the BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 LAN in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong. Some serious Major contenders in Vitality, The MongolZ, Spirit, and Falcons will all be competing.
ECL Season 50 NA Finals
-
Dates: November 18th-20th
-
NA Major teams attending: NRG
By winning the first ECL S50 NA Cup, NRG has secured one of the four spots in the regional final. They will contend with Wildcard, SkinRave, and an undetermined fourth team for just one single spot in ESL Pro League Season 23.
As you may have noticed, M80 is not competing in any events between now and the start of the Major, which is just more than a month away at the time of writing. But there are plenty of NA tournaments to watch, even if they don't feature Major-bound teams.
