Battlefield 6 has its own version of Dust2
Counter-Strike is king.
Battlefield 6 will feature a copy of Dust2, Counter-Strike's most popular map ever, from day one.
BF6's Dust2 looks incredibly similar to the official version, barring its iconic dusty, sandy look. But the structure is the same, and it features all the rest, including the two bombsites, Long, and Mid.
This was made possible thanks to Portal, which serves as both a game mode and a tool for mod makers. However, this Dust2 version was made by DICE, one of the developers behind BF6.

DICE isn't the only game developer to have copied Dust2 to its own game. Bad Guitar Studio recently added a 1:1 copy of Inferno to Fragpunk in August. This goes to show how much Counter-Strike influences all the other shooters.
BF6 is set to release on October 10th.
