Getting Info smash Wildcard to make Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #3 Finals
Last night, Getting Info secured a spot in the grand finals of the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #3 powered by INUI following a fantastic 2-0 win over Wildcard for the orgless squad.
The series saw Getting secure their map pick, Nuke, in a close fashion before dominating Wildcard on Overpass, with Edgar "MarKE" Maldonado and Deni "dea" Ediev have great nights as they helped Getting Info return to the grand finals of the Eagle Masters Series for the second time in a row.
As previously mentioned, the series kicked off on Getting Info's map pick of Overpass, with the team starting the map on their T-side. Despite it being Getting Info's best map at the moment, they struggled in the opening rounds, falling behind Wildcard 5-1 before ultimately ending up down 8-4 at the half. After a rough T-side, Getting Info looked far between on their CT-side, as dea helped power the team to tie things up 10-10 before Getting Info were the first to find map point at a 12-11 scoreline. Getting Info were unable to close things out in regulation as Wildcard won Round 24, however they were able to dominate in overtime to take the map 16-13.
Moving onto Overpass, the series took a decided turn in Getting Info's favor as the orgless squad were completely dominant on the recently added map. On their CT-side, Getting Info were in total control as Wildcard looked lost on the map, only planting the bomb twice before Getting Info won the half 10-2. With this immense lead, Getting Info quickly secured a 12-2 lead before cruising to a 13-4 victory on their T-side.

On the other side of the bracket, BLUEJAYS will face off against Marsborne tomorrow to determine which team will face Getting Info in the grand finals of the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #3. Should Marsborne take down BLUEJAYS, the grand finals would be a matchup between the champion of Series #1, Marsborne, versus the champion of Series #2 Getting Info.
