Atlantis part ways with CS2 lineup amidst restructuring

On August 24th, Atlantis announced the departure of their recently-signed Counter-Strike 2 squad, seeing the organization part ways with their lineup less than a month after initially taking the plunge in to the NA scene. Dust2.us understands that Atlantis decided to step away from CS2 amidst restructuring and changing priorities within the organization.

During the brief time the squad represented Atlantis, MAZRAEA settled into a 7-5 record in ESEA Advanced Season 54, a record that will likely see the squad miss out on playoffs. In more positive news, the team recently qualified for ESEA Season 54: Elite Cup #2 and will join 15 other teams in the hunt for an ECL spot in short order.
