Liquid and Wildcard sign up for $15,000 Polish LAN

Liquid and Wildcard are set to attend Birch Cup, a $15,000 LAN that will run at the Kinguin Lounge in Gdańsk, Poland, from September 26th to 28th.

This is a VRS-enabled event, which means that Liquid and Wildcard will have the chance to gain some much-needed points in the Valve standings after a slow start to the season.

A total of 24 teams will participate in the event, with 16 starting in an Open Qualifier. The eight highest-ranked teams, according to VRS, start the tournament in the Main Stage.

The qualifier will be played on September 26th, while the Main Stage will be played on September 27th. The top eight teams will advance to the playoffs, which will be played on September 28th.
