CCT reveal invites for first NA event in six months

CCT have revealed the invites to their first NA event of Season Three, CCT Season 3 North American Series #1, seeing twelve accept spots in the $10,000 VRS-ranked event. This event marks the tournament organizer's return to North America after last hosting an event in the region in February.

In total twelve teams accepted invites via the July VRS, with the top four squads being invited directly into playoffs. The direct playoff invites are NRG, M80, Wildcard, and Getting Info, all familiar faces in the upper echelons of the NA scene. Meanwhile, down in the group stage BOSS secured the top seed while Mexican squad Marca Registrada rounds out the list.

Within the invites there is a new name in the form of Legacy Kingdom who are seemingly the ex-Tsunami roster based on the team's position in the VRS.
