PGL Astana 2026 prize pool increased to $1.6 million
The prize pool has been increased by $350,000.
PGL has released more information regarding the 2026 edition of their Astana tournament.
The event will now feature a total prize pool of $1.6 million, a $350,000 increase from this year's tournament. The event will run from May 7th to May 18th. The playoffs will once again be in the Barys Arena.
The top twelve teams from the Global filter of the Valve Regional Standings as of March 2nd, 2026, will earn invitations to the Kazakhstan event. The field will be completed with four teams qualifying via regional qualifiers.
Seeding for the event will be based on the VRS standings as of April 6th, 2026.
The winner of the event will take home both $256,000 in prize money and club reward.
