Breaking: Wildcard unveil Peeping and fr3nd

As first reported by Dust2.us, Wildcard have unveiled Jaxon "Peeping" Cornwell and Sebastian "fr3nd" Kuśmierz, returning the lineup to full strength after benching Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz and Love "phzy" Smidebrant on July 1st. The move sees Peeping return to activity after spending a number of months on the sidelines following the dissolution of Nouns' roster while Polish AWPer fr3nd has been promoted from Wildcard Academy.

The shock change to Wildcard's roster follows the team's elimination from the BLAST.tv Austin Major last month, which saw the team knocked out of Stage One with a 2-3 record after collapsing with back-to-back Bo3 losses to B8, Betboom, and Legacy. The failure to replicate their success from the Perfect World Shanghai Major as well as internal disputes led Wildcard to completely revamp the roster with IGL stanislaw and top-rated AWPer phzy being placed on the chopping.

Wildcard's decision to part ways with such pivotal players resulted in heavy criticism towards the organization, especially as their reported replacements are untested at a tier-two level.

Wildcard will debut their new roster FISSURE Playground #1 in Belgrade on July 15th.
