insane will be looking to recharge in his time away

insane steps down from Third Impact

The IGL has decided to take a break from competition during ESEA Season 40.

Noah "insane" Eheart has announced his departure from Third Impact to enjoy a short break from CS:GO. His time away from the game will see him leave the team he joined back in May 2020.

Expanding on his decision to leave the roster via a TwitLonger, insane explained that he will be taking a short hiatus throughout ESEA Season 40 in order to "focus on personal improvement, in-game and out". Moreover, in spite of an unsuccessful ESEA Premier Season 39 Relegation run, the captain clarified that the team's performance played no part in his decision.

During his tenure with the team, insane posted a 0.88 rating whilst notably helping the squad win Fragadelphia 15: Denver and place third in ESEA Advanced Season 39. More recently, insane was at the helm when Third Impact finished 5th-6th in ESEA Premier Season 39 Relegation, missing out on one of the two places in ESL Challenger next season.

Following insane’s exit, Third Impact are now:

  • United States Keanu "DaneJoris" Reyes
  • United States Josiah "JoJo" Jimenez
  • United States Kyle "Wolffe" Greenfield
  • United States Austin "AJaxz" Janocha

Third Impact are due to participate in ESEA Advanced Season 40, which is set to begin in January next year.
