Voltage posted a 12.24 RWS for the Huskies over five matches this season

Voltage departs Michigan Tech

As a result, the former Dignitas man is looking for opportunities outside of collegiate CS:GO.

Logan "Voltage" Long has announced that he will be departing from the Michigan Tech roster, parting ways with the team after joining the squad in September 2020.

The AWPer stated that he will be transferring next semester to better prepare himself for a career in cybersecurity, deciding to transfer to Robert Morris University in Pennslyvania. Despite the very similar names, the school has no relation to Robert Morris University in Illinois, which housed the first collegiate team to make Advanced back in ESEA Season 29. Voltage has stated that he will not pursue any CS:GO endeavors at RMU but is still looking for offers elsewhere.

Before joining the Michigan Tech Huskies, Voltage played for many notable teams such as Chaos, Triumph, Spacestation, and Dignitas. During his three ESEA seasons with the Huskies, Voltage averaged a 1.60 K/D.

Michigan Tech Huskies are now:

  • United States Hunter "Retnuh" Holm
  • United States Sean "Cleanslate" Parker
  • United States Calvin "Chowdz" Johnson
  • United States Brendon "Deado" Cook
  • United States Nicholas "Jello" Sand (Substitute)

The Huskies are currently 6-1 in ESEA Main, good enough for fifth in the league. Their next match is set to come tonight against Rectify, who are currently 4-2.
