Liquid bounce back

An easy, breezy win for oSee and Friends.

Liquid had a tough loss yesterday against Virtus.pro in a game that many could have seen gone their way. It was an encouraging sign for the team who have not looked at their top lately. Their performances against the Russian squad were a welcome sign and their win today against Lynn Vision is just another step forward for the international squad.

The first map saw Liquid take an early lead on Lynn Vision's pick of Anubis. The international squad were ahead 5-2 on their CT-side before the Chinese squad came roaring back to take a 7-6 advantage, only to lose the last two rounds of the half and begin their CT-side down 7-8. Liquid, on the other hand, looked much stronger as they took the first six rounds of the second half uncontested before finally closing out the map 16-9.

Finally, Liquid got to play on their pick of Ancient. Despite some early worries with Lynn Vision taking a 5-4 lead, Liquid won the next eleven of twelve rounds to win the map 16-6 and the series 2-0.
