YEKINDAR on childhood dream job: I wanted to be a pornstar

After taking down Astralis in a brutal 2-0 fashion, Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis and Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski sat down with Freya "Freya" Spiers, Janko "YNk" Paunović, and Jack "Jacky" Peters to discuss Liquid's win, as well as the team's attempts to regain confidence, the supposed seven-map pool that has been much talked about, and careers that they might have taken in the future.

For EliGE, he talked about how he might have gone into the military or "do something in that field" because as he described it, "None of the normal office jobs sounded fun".

For YEKINDAR, it's clear now that an office job was never something that he was looking to do. When asked about his dream job, the Latvian was coy, saying that he didn't know if he could say it on the broadcast as it was "not safe for work".

This prompted YNk to ask, with almost an air of incredulity, "What did you want to be a pornstar?"

To which YEKINDAR laughingly agreed, saying "Yeah, if it's allowed, pornstar. I almost succeeded at it as an adult."

While YEKINDAR did unfortunately miss out on the intersection of his almost-career by not joining the Russian squad Team YouPorn, where the pornography site was attempting to enter into the esports space back in 2016, he certainly has a fine career ahead of him today.
