BOSS take down LAG to advance to Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 Semi-Finals
BOSS defeated LAG 2-0 to secure their spot in the penultimate round of the fifth edition of the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series.
BOSS will now move on to face regain in the semi-finals of the Eagle Masters Series.
The series started on BOSS' pick of Ancient, where BOSS got off to a hot start. They took a 9-3 lead into the first half before LAG started to battle back. LAG put four rounds in a row together before they ran out of gas, losing the map 13-7.
LAG's pick was Inferno, but they didn't enjoy the same start to the map that their opponents did. BOSS held LAG, leaving the game level at the halftime break. LAG took an early 9-6 lead, but BOSS bounced right back to take full control of the game and win 13-10.
BOSS' Gavin "Fruitcupx" Norman was the standout player as he dropped 35 frags and a 1.43 rating in the series.
