Disconnected finalize roster for ECL S44

After losing two pieces in the off-season, Disconnected have completed their rebuild.

Disconnected have completed their roster for ESL Challenger League Season 44 with the additions of Michael "Munk" Klotz and Charles "ChwE" Whitehead. The organization-less team were on the lookout for two players to replace Tianyi "Fr3nk1e" He and Paul "aris" Wilson's departures from the team at the tail end of Season 43 due to fundamental disagreements over how the team was led.

Munk is most known for his time on Big Chillin in ESEA Premier during Seasons 37 to 39 during 2021. More recently he has been playing on Golden State Warriors alongside a number of his former Big Chillin teammates. As for ChwE, he spent last season on Snakes Den in ESL Challenger League, where the team were forced to play Relegation after a dismal 1-6 regular season. The now-defunct squad were demoted down to Advanced after losses to paiN and Reign in the Relegation bracket.

This new-look Disconnected squad will have a difficult task ahead of them as they look to return to ECL playoffs after losing some of their strongest players and replacing them with a less experienced and pedigreed duo.

With these two additions, Disconnected are now:

  • United States Silas "silas" Marrufo

  • United States Christopher "Swahn" Swahn

  • United States Matthew “D4rtyMontana” Paplawskas

  • United States Michael "Munk" Klotz

  • United States Charles "ChwE" Whitehead

  • Szymon "LAJT" Jaworski (Coach)

Disconnected await the start of ESL Challenger League Season 44 on January 17th.
