Cloud9 will participate in another CyberPowerPC tournament

CyberPowerPC announce $25,000 Winter Invitational

CEVO and CyberPowerPC have come together again to host an online North American cup.

CyberPowerPC will be hosting another eight-team online invitational tournament, the company announced on CEVO's website today. Set to take place on December 1st and 2nd, the eight teams will fight through a single-elimination best-of-three bracket to determine the winner of the tournament and the majority of the $25K prize pot. Here you can see all of the information regarding the event:

United States Splyce United States Torqued

This tournament will see a few new rosters in action, as Ghost is down to four members with the departure of Ronnie "ryx" Bylicki and Pujan "FNS" Mehta is expected to step down from CLG. Dust2.us has also learned that Torqued will play with Josh "steel" Nissan despite his openness to joining other teams and that a stand-in will be used for Sam "4sh0t" Mariano.

  • 1st - $14,000
  • 2nd - $8,000

Cloud9 should be able to win this easily unless they go full PUG mode. I'd like to see GX go up against them in the Semis at least :D
