tconnors returns to action with Earlybirds

Earlybirds have completed their roster with the addition of former Third Impact player Thomas "tconnors" Connors. tconnors comes into the squad to fill the gap left behind by the recent departure of Nelvin "nooz" Gonzalez, who exited the squad due to personal issues.

tconnors is most well-known for his time in Third Impact, a squad that he played with from December 2019 to August 2020. In August of 2020, tconnors announced he would be stepping down from Third Impact and retiring from CS:GO, but he ended up returning to the squad briefly in the fall to help the team retain their spot in ESEA MDL Season 35.

This move sees tconnors reunite with two of his former Third Impact teammates, Noah "insane" Eheart and Josiah "JoJo" Jimenez, with whom he competed in ESEA Advanced Season 34 and ESEA MDL Season 35.

Earlybirds have had an unfortunate start to their campaign in ESEA Advanced Season 40, as they currently sit at a 0-2 record following defeats to Snakes DenGG, and InControl. insane and co. will be looking to bounce back from those matches and the loss of nooz with this addition.

tconnor's debut for Earlybirds has already kicked off, with the squad currently duking it out against Extraordinary Falcons.
