Aurora bench soulfly, lose MAJ3R to career break

Aurora have announced two team changes today, with Engin "⁠MAJ3R⁠" Küpeli stepping down to focus on his family, and Caner "⁠soulfly⁠" Kesici moving to the bench. These changes follow the recent departure of coach Sezgin "Fabre" Kalaycı.

Aurora acquired the Eternal Fire roster led by MAJ3R in April 2025. The team then added soulfly in December to replace Samet "⁠jottAAA⁠" Köklü. In 2026, Aurora brought Turkish CS to new heights with a semifinal appearance at IEM Cologne. However, their 0-2 exit against FURIA confirmed the team's limits and need for changes, which have already been speculated.

Rumors suggest Aurora will be signing former GamerLegion coach Ashley "ash" Battye and benched Falcons IGL Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski, as well as one more player.

The team's new roster would then be:
