Overtake Sector, regain among semifinalists in CROSSFIRE Season 5

There are just four teams remaining in the running for the $3,000 grand prize in CROSSFIRE Season 5.

The league started with 32 teams in the group stage, with half of those teams making the playoffs. Now, the semifinal teams are battling for the lion's share of the $5,000 prize pool.

One semifinal match pits Club 333 v. Overtake Sector. Club 333 beat Olympus and Beyond Limits in the previous rounds, while Overtake Sector felled Iowa Stormboar and Wanted Goons to make the semifinals.

The other match in the penultimate round will feature regain and raisedbypixels. regain made their way past Third Prime and Villainous whereas raisedbypixels benefitted from a forfeit by Zealous and defeated Festina Lente 2-1.

regain v. raisedbypixels is slated for tonight at 09:00PM and Club 333 v. Overtake Sector will take place tomorrow at 08:00PM.
