LAG sign up for BLAST Open Fall Open Qualifier with former BOSS duo

LAG have signed up for the BLAST Open Fall NA Open Qualifier #1 with an interesting duo, recruiting former BOSS players Brendan "Bwills" Williams and Keller "SLIGHT" Nilan for the qualifier. The duo have been out of action since mid April when their teammates were called up to join the then-new Marsborne roster.

As for LAG, they have been looking for a new AWPer and rifler following the departures of Kevin "consti" Yi and Kamron "kmrn" Manii over the past month, leaving the team down two key members. Recently they fielded Nicholas "nicx" Lee at FRAG TAP Reloaded, however it does not appear that he will be a permanent addition to the squad.

It is unknown if LAG intend on making the duo permanent additions, however Dust2.us understands this roster will play the BLAST qualifier this weekend. Should the additions become permanent, it would see SLIGHT reunite with Matthew "Cryptic" Whitmore a teammate he worked with for multiple years on DETONATE, Wildcard, and the original iteration of BOSS. Jonathan "djay" Dallal also shared some time on the server with Bwills all the way back in 2020 with Thunder Logic and New England Whalers.

LAG will play the BLAST qualifier with:

• Keller "SLIGHT" Nilan (Stand-in)

The qualifier is set to start on June 27th at 03:00PM.
