SportsBetExpert win Got Your 6 Gaming Tournament
SportsBetExpert were the victors of the Got Your 6 Gaming Tournament hosted by the Bob Woodruff Foundation and FRAG. Gage "Infinite" Green was on a hot streak in the playoffs, as he was the top performer in both of his team's final two matches.
SBE started in the open qualifier of the tournament, winning two best-of-ones to qualify for the main event. The top eight teams in North America were invited to the group stage, where they were joined by eight squads from the open qualifier.
SportsBetExpert's run in the group stage started with a 2-0 win v. Overtake Sector and another sweep of Detonate, cementing a top-four seed in the playoffs.
The playoffs began with a 2-0 over Iowa Stormboar, where SBE allowed their opponents just six rounds in both maps combined. Next up was another two-map affair against Marsborne, as Infinite put up 42 kills, ten more than the next closest player, to lead SBE to the final.
The grand final was SportsBetExpert v. ex-Team Aether, who also came all the way from the open qualifier. This was SportsBetExpert's toughest test of the playoffs, as ex-Team Aether put together four rounds in a row to push the first map to all 24 rounds on Ancient before SBE won 13-11. In the second map, SportsBetExpert only trailed at 1-0, only surrendering the lead again at 7-7 just after halftime. From there, SBE won six rounds on the bounce to take the second map and emerge victorious in the Got Your 6 Gaming.
Infinite was the standout player once again, registering 39 frags and a 1.55 rating in the final.

Marsborne ended up claiming third at the event, defeating Overtake Sector in the third-place decider. Marsborne currently sit in 30th in the Americas VRS standings. Since HLTV coverage of the tournament began in the semifinals, SportsBetExpert will need to play three more covered matches to determine their VRS rank.
