Passion UA withdraw from BC Game Masters Championship 2, end season early

Passion UA have announced their main roster's season has come to an early close, as they've withdrawn from BC Game Masters Championship 2.

Having failed to reach IEM Cologne, Passion UA's season has ended with IEM Atlanta, where the disordered roster placed 13-16th with their latest addition Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev. Following Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold's move to BC.Game, Passion UA had acquired the Ukrainian player, who would finish Atlanta with a 0.81 rating over five maps, on loan from ENCE.

It's been a tumultuous year for the team, which had already undergone major roster changes in acquiring Senzu and Santino "⁠try⁠" Rigal in February. In-game leader Ioannis 'Johnny' "JT" Theodosiou lamented in an April interview at FRAG 20, saying, "We don't even have three weeks of practice with Senzu, and it's been two and a half months. Besides that, it's been really hard for us to get a system going when we're constantly changing lineups for each event."

Maybe a break is what Passion UA needs to finally solidify their lineup.
