Outfit 49 return to CS with former Phantom Sense core

Just over one month after dropping their old roster, Outfit 49 have announced their new lineup. Though their former squads have been based around players from the United States, the Toronto-based organization has chosen a Canadian core to represent them.

Their new squad contains four former members of Phantom Sense. The lineup made notable appearances in seasons 3 and 4 of CROSSFIRE. They reached the playoffs both times and made the quarterfinals of Season 3.

The sole new member of the squad is American Owen "man327" Seolas, who is replacing Italian player "Lurkk" on the starting lineup. man327 most recently played in ESEA Main Season 56, going 7-7 with Thegns.

If the team performs well enough to get VRS points, they would become the second actively ranked team with a Canadian core. Currently, mouse are the only team with that distinction.

Outfit 49 are currently 5-5 in this season of ESEA Advanced. Their next match is scheduled for May 13th against Celestial.
