ESL Challenger League S51 Cup 2 Day 2 recap: Reign Above take down NuTorious in three maps

Day two of the second ESL Challenger League Season 51 cup took place last night, with the day being punctuated by a large number of forfeits as teams struggled to meet the roster and schedule requirements of the league. With that in mind, five total matches were played last night, with three out of the five going to three maps.

The most interesting match of the day saw Reign Above push past NuTorious in a three-map series. Reign Above kicked things off with a 13-5 win on their opponent's map pick of Mirage before NuTorious answered back with a 13-9 win on Nuke. With the series tied up, Reign Above claimed a very close 13-11 win on Ancient to lock down the series, notably giving Nolan "louie" Herges his first ECL win as the team's new IGL.
