Wildcard sign up for Roman Imperium Cup VII

Wildcard have signed up for the sixth edition of the Roman Imperium Cup, joining sides such as G2 and HEROIC at the Portuguese LAN.

This will be the NA squad's second European outing in March, as they compete at the Urban Riga Open Season 3 on the 23rd and 24th. Roman Imperium Cup will begin on the 28th and conclude on the 30th of the month.

Roman Imperium Cup VII currently has 16 of 20 slots filled. If the sign-up amount stays at 16, the tournament will begin with four GSL groups, with the opening match being best-of-one and the rest being best-of-three. If the team count is 17 or above, there will still be four groups, but the group stage will be a round-robin best-of-one format.

The playoffs will be a best-of-three single-elimination bracket. As of now, the prize pool is set at €10,000, but it could rise to €12,000 if the full 20-team limit is hit. Registration closes on March 22nd or when the tournament is full, whichever comes first.
