Breaking: SportsBetExpert sign Fruitcupx

SportsBetExpert have tonight announced the addition of Gavin "Fruitcupx" Norman to the team's ranks, seeing the former BOSS player link up the squad shortly after being cut from the latter squad on February 16th. Fruitcupx joins SportsBetExpert following the organization's decision to cut Joshua "steel" Nissan on February 16th amidst a period of under-performance for the team under the 36-year-old IGL.

Fruitcupx was first spotted playing for SportsBetExpert in ESEA Advanced Season 56, helping the squad to a 13-5 win over Zomblers on February 16th. He joins SBE after a fairly dismal time on BOSS, struggling under Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz's leadership while posting a 0.86 rating over 22 maps to start the year.

With Fruitcupx joining the team in place of their former IGL, it leaves the question of leadership on the team fairly open. While it is possible for Adam "freshie" Paterson to resume the role on an ad-hoc basis, it may suggest the team have more roster changes ahead, especially as SBE's owner hasn't exactly been shy about his desire to drastically change the team.

With the team forfeiting out of the first ESL Challenger League Season 51 cup due to roster change, SBE's only event at the moment is ESEA Advanced Season 56, with the team set to face off against F5 in short order tonight.
