ropz has been the catalyst to Vitality's success

These top teams have gone the longest without a roster move

Three teams in the top 50 have gone over a year with no roster changes.

Roster stability can be a rare thing to find in esports, but twelve of the top 50 teams in the world have gone six months or more without a roster move.

Three sides have made it to the year-mark without a roster move, headlined by Vitality's 400-day streak, coming after the addition of Estonian rifler Robin "ropz" Kool. This comes as no surprise, as Vitality was the most dominant team in 2025, winning two Majors and ten tournaments in total.

The two other squads in the top three are perennial playoff contenders MOUZ, who won one event at PGL Cluj-Napoca after adding Lotan "Spinx" Giladi and French team 3DMAX, who haven't changed after bringing veteran Alexandre "bodyy" Pianaro into the fold.

While it's rare that top teams aren't international these days, there are a few national teams that have remained steady. K27, a Russian-speaking side has remained together for 364 days and Chinese team Lynn Vision is just five days behind them.

The Swedes of EYEBALLERS, Spaniards in Gentle Mates, and another Russian team in BetBoom are all just above the 200-day mark at this point.
