Media: paiN target vsm, ewjerkz⁠ in roster shakeup

paiN are currently in talks to round out their roster with Vinicius "⁠vsm⁠" Moreira and Michel "⁠ewjerkz⁠" Pinto, according to a report by Dust2 Brasil.

The Brazilian organization benched Franco "⁠dgt⁠" Garcia and David "⁠dav1deuS⁠" Tapia two weeks ago after disappointing results in the second half of 2025.

The move's likelihood is bolstered by the fact that vsm left his current team, Keyd, yesterday. ewjerkz was also benched by Ninjas in Pyjamas earlier this month in the aftermath of the StarLadder Budapest Major.

vsm has shown good form in the lower tiers of Brazilian CS this year, as he has averaged a stellar 1.29 rating. ewjerkz was solid with NIP, where he averaged a 1.08 rating over the course of 2025. His form slowed down in the Major, though, where he put up a 0.94 rating before his benching.
