Liquid set to fight for survival in StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 2: Round 3 matchups set

After a mixed start to day one of the StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 2, StarLadder have released tomorrow's matchups for Round Three, which will see M80 and Passion UA aim to climb up to a 2-1 record while Liquid are set to fight for survival in the 0-2 pool.

Liquid's predicament comes after a fairly dismal day of CS to start the Major for the international squad, with the team facing one-sided losses to B8 and PARIVISION. Meanwhile, Passion UA and M80 have a bit more to celebrate as they were able to snatch wins over MIBR and Astralis, respectively to guarantee at least two more days of play.

Tomorrow M80 will face off against TYLOO in what should be an easy match for the NA hopefuls, while Passion UA have a difficult matchup against 3DMAX scheduled. Meanwhile, Liquid have a difficult fight for survival ahead of them as they will face MIBR, with the Brazilian-CIS squad eager to prove themselves after a great season in Brazil.
