Straight2Killin reforms as Kiri part ways with lineup
Dust2.us has confirmed that Kiri have parted ways with their Andrew "VulcaN" Dominguez-led Counter-Strike 2 roster, seeing the team leave the organization after a month. The departure came after the organization underwent ownership changes and elected to part ways with the roster amidst disputes over the team's future within Kiri.
With the lineup leaving Kiri, they have reverted to the Straight2Killin name VulcaN used at the start of the year while also making a number of roster changes. From the Kiri roster, VulcaN and Miles "milesd" Lipschultz are the only players to be retained in the Straight2Killin squad while Pishoy "den1ed" M. has returned to the roster and Matthew "bright" Ulatowski and David "starfade" Mylek have been brought in as new pieces.
This new lineup qualified to the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 via the third Open Qualifier last week, beating out SKDC in the finals.
Straight2Killin are now:
-
Andrew "VulcaN" Dominguez -
Miles "milesd" Lipschultz -
Pishoy "den1ed" M. -
Matthew "bright" Ulatowski -
David "starfade" Mylek
