Marsborne advance to Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #4 Finals!

Marsborne swept BOSS in the semifinal match.

Marsborne have claimed their place in the finals of the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Season #4 powered by INUI.

Voca won their quarterfinal match on the same day, where they are awaiting the winner of Take Flyte v. SportsBetExpert.

Marsborne got off to a quick start on Inferno, their map choice. They took eight of the first nine rounds to pull ahead early and led 8-4 at the end of the first half. BOSS never got closer than three rounds as Marsborne cruised to a 13-6 victory in map one.

Ancient was BOSS' pick, with both teams jockeying for control early on. BOSS held onto a slim 7-5 advantage after the first period. Marsborne took control quickly in the second half, surrendering just three rounds and winning the map by a score of 13-10 to book their ticket in the finals.

Connor "chop" Sullivan was Marsborne's star, tallying 37 frags and a 1.36 rating across the two map series.

In the other match, Voca took on regain, with a spot in the second semifinal on the line. Voca chose Train and got off to a solid start on the less-favored T side, leading 8-4 after the first half. regain fought back in the second period, taking the lead at 10-9 before Voca snatched the lead back and held on for a 13-10 win.

regain's pick was Ancient, but they couldn't put anything together in the jungle. Voca put them away early with a 10-2 lead in the first half and didn't look back. It was an easy 13-4 win for Voca as they secured the 2-0 and will now play in the second semifinal.

Shane "shane" Dressler shone in the win, dropping 34 kills and a 1.53 rating in the match.
