BOSS sweep LAG in Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #4 quarterfinals
BOSS 2-0'd LAG in the second quarterfinal matchup of Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #4 powered by INUI last night.
BOSS picked Ancient to begin the series and started well on the T side. They took a commanding 9-3 lead into the second half, but LAG didn't go down without a fight. LAG won the first three rounds of their own T side before BOSS stabilized and kept their advantage. BOSS took the first map 13-9.
LAG started Inferno, their map pick, on the right foot. They won the first three rounds, but that was the most joy they would find in the game. BOSS took control from there, only giving up three more rounds in total in the rest of the map to steal their opponents' choice 13-6 and advance to the semifinals.
Matthew "d4rty" Paplawskas and Brendan "Bwills" Williams were the stars for BOSS as they amassed 34 and 37 kills apiece to lead their team to victory.
BOSS' win sets up a showdown with Marsborne in the first semifinal, which is going ahead tonight at 08:00PM. The third quarterfinal is also set for tonight as Voca is taking on regain at 06:00PM tonight as well.
