Players receive BLAST.tv Austin Major trophies four months after NA Major

Earlier today, Valve added the in-game trophies for the BLAST.tv Austin Major to the game, seeing the Vitality players receive their Major Champions trophies while multiple players received finalist, semifinalist, and quarterfinalist trophies in game. In total, 40 players were awarded these unique in-game items.

This time around it took Valve close to four months to distribute Major trophies, while the awards for the Perfect World Shanghai Major trophies only took 44 days. This places the delay in line with the delay from the PGL Copenhagen Major in 2024, which saw NAVI also have to wait four months to receive their trophies.

So far few players have yet to post about their trophies, with João "snow" Vinicius being among the first to celebrate the achievement.
