
SkinRave win ESL Challenger League Season 50 Cup #3 over Wildcard
SkinRave have secured a spot in the ESL Challenge League Season 50 North America Finals, which will see the winner qualify for ESL Pro League Season 23, after beating Wildcard in the third ECL S50 Cup last night.
This match ended up being the last Wildcard played under the Polish head coach Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak, as he and Wildcard agreed to terminate his contract earlier.
Also read: vinS leaves Wildcard: "My vision with stanislaw and the organization's has become completely different"SkinRave started the series with a dominating win on Overpass, but Wildcard struck back with a one-sided victory on Mirage, in which Maciej "F1KU" Miklas dropped a ridiculous 2.19 rating and 146.5 ADR.
The viewers were rewarded with Inferno, the map known for its lengthy, emotional battles. It wasn't any different this time around, as Wildcard had a good chance to win it too.
Wildcard won the three final rounds of regulation to force overtime, but SkinRave recovered and won in OT to claim the ECL S50 Cup #3 title.
