Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #4 Day 4 recap: BOSS get closer to playoffs, Nocturnal and InControl lose again

The tournament continues tonight.

The Swiss round two of Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #4 powered by INUI carried on yesterday, October 19th, with three more matches. While BOSS are one step closer to making the playoffs, Nocturnal and InControl find themselves on the brink of elimination.

United States BOSS 2-0 Shimmer United States

BOSS and Shimmer met in the 1-0 pool, and the former won comfortably by 2-0. The best Impact team in NA did make things interesting on Ancient, as the first half ended 6-6, but BOSS had a dominant performance on the CT-side to avoid the upset.

Mexico OverKnight 2-0 Nocturnal United States

OverKnight, who previously played under the FULL SEND tag, sent Nocturnal to the 0-2 pool of the Swiss group stage.

The Impact team had a good chance to force a decider, as they were winning Nuke by 9-3, but OverKnight took the game to overtime and prevailed there. Andres "spamzzy" Correa played an instrumental role in their comeback, as he dropped 41 kills on Nuke.

United States SportsBetExpert 2-1 InControl

InControl had a good start to the series, as they won a hard-fought and long battle on Overpass, which was SBE's pick.

However, SBC came back stronger for the remainder of the series and dominated InControl both on Mirage and Ancient, as all of their players showed up.
