Phy reaches huge milestone on YouTube

Congrats to Phy!

Two days ago, caster and content creator Garret "Phy" Schier announced an important milestone in his content creation career, reaching 100,000 subscribers on his main YouTube channel PHY CS2. Across his portfolio, which also includes a Yu-Gi-Oh! channel, phy boasts 138k subscribers, an impressive feat for the young content creator who has been working in the space since 2021 when he was 17 years old.

phy's most popular content on his Counter-Strike 2 channel leverages his ability as a storyteller and an entertainer, with some notable and viral videos from the past year including one on the longest game in CS2 history, the dismal series between NIP and AMKAL at the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024, and one about the fall of Evil Geniuses.

Phy has also been busy as a caster/commentator in 2025, being called up to work increasingly prestigious events including the BLAST.tv Austin Major Americas North American Regional Qualifier, Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2025, and Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2025.

With Phy only being 21 hopefully the next few years will see him continue to represent the NA scene well and be one The MongolZ's biggest supporters.
