The playoff structure for the ESEA S54 Elite Cup #2 is a classic single-elimination bracket, and all matches will be best-of-three series.

The winner and the runners-up of Elite Cup #2 will qualify for ESL Challenger League Season 51 Cup #1. They'll also earn $1,750 and $720, respectively.
