M80 cruise to victory in Ace NA Masters Fall to qualify to BLAST Open Fall 2025

M80 have topped the Ace NA Masters Fall qualifier today with a 2-0 win over NRG to secure a spot in BLAST Open Fall 2025, becoming the sole NA team to qualify to the online European event. M80's run through the eight-team single-elimination bracket was utterly dominant, with M80 going 6-0 in maps while their opponents were unable to force them onto double digits on a single map.

M80's run through the bracket began on August 1st with a 2-0 win over Supernova Comets, taking down the ESL Impact squad 13-4 on Mirage and 13-3 on Ancient with little fanfare. Michael "Swisher" Schmid topped the server with 39 kills and a 1.83 rating.

On the other side of the bracket, NRG made their way into the finals with an uneventful 2-0 win over Shanghai Sharks before taking down BOSS in a surprisingly close 2-0 win against the new squad.

With the stage set, the finals between M80 and NRG ended up being the latest dominant performance from M80 as they started the series off with a 13-3 win on Overpass, a map that is quickly becoming a signature map for M80. The series then moved on to Train where a far more competitive first half gave way to a dominant T-side from M80, allowing them to take the map 13-7 and the series 2-0.
