Tsunami part ways with Drop and stamina

Tsunami have less than two weeks to get back to full strength before their next commitments.

Tsunami has been reduced to three players with Evindar "Drop" Isik announcing his departure from the roster on July 30th while Bobby "stamina" Eitrem informed Dust2.us of his decision to leave the team today. The move sees stamina leave Tsunami after joining the project following his return from retirement last month.

According to Drop, Tsunami made the decision to cut the Turkish-Canadian player due to feeling it was time for the squad to bring in new faces to shake things up. As for stamina, he told Dust2.us that he decided he wanted to join a new roster where he took over as in-game leader, opting to return to his primary role after serving under Andrew "CAJUN" Guidroz on Tsunami.

Overall, this iteration of Tsunami was relatively uneventful, with the team finishing Fragadelphia 19 in 9th-16th place after losses to Chicken Coop in Zomblers in Stage Two while competing in a few online qualifiers over the past month.

Down two members, Tsunami are now:

  • Connor "CoolComs" Barnes

  • United States Andrew "CAJUN" Guidroz

  • United States Nikolaos "Pose1doNN" Antoniou

Tsunami will need to recruit two new players ahead of the start of the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Cup and the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #3 on August 11th.
